Brash is a very offensive, wild tone. An individual doesn't care about any thing or anybody and just goes crazy. He or she says anything that comes to his or her mind.
Howard Stern always spoke with a very brash tone. He said many vulgor, offensive things that made a lot of people angry, but he just didn't care. Hearing about him, it is hard to understand how he could have been as popular as he was. With Stern, there is nothing he wouldn't say. |  |
